Here’s an interesting scientific research of human sexual response . Males and females of various sexual orientations (hetero-male, hetero-female, lesbian, bisexual, gay men) were asked to watch clips of explicit videos and some documentaries (animals having sex) while wired to an apparatus that gauges sexual response.
There’s a device that measures erection in males and wetness/heat in females.
The subjects were also asked to rate their level of arousal using a score sheet, for every movie type they watch.
“All was different with the women. No matter what their self-proclaimed sexual orientation, they showed, on the whole, strong and swift genital arousal when the screen offered men with men, women with women and women with men…
…During shots of lesbian coupling, heterosexual women reported less excitement than their vaginas indicated”
That particular paragraph reminded me of the times when women would ask me if thinking about things that they don’t normally consider as “erotic fuel” during masturbation is normal. When prodded, these women confess that they have been thinking about other women during sex (which was strange to them because they were heterosexual); as well as other abstract, disjointed thoughts that don’t make sense to them.
I am not a psychology expert, but I can tell you this: when you start fantasizing and turning your imagination loose, just let the thoughts flow. You’re basically in a trance as you fantasize and stimulate your mind, and you can’t really predict or control what images you see. Don’t read too much into your fantasies. They don’t in any way tell anything about how you are in real life.
Feeling guilty and remorseful about sexual fantasies involving getting bound, being spanked and being forced won’t help, and will only turn you into the woman you were before… someone who’s unable to access her sexuality in a healthy manner.

As someone who has had some rather um…interesting fantasies, I TOTALLY appreciate this post! It’s such a relief to know that I am not the only woman who prefers things fairly simple in real life, but finds herself having some very racy thoughts.
